Located in a stand-alone building, the Inn At Big River Theatre has spectacular Mississippi River views from all but 1 of their 30 windows.  Private patio.  Vintage building with an updated vibe offering new bedding & luxury linens.  Ten foot ceilings.  Original wood floors. Entire Inn can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.  Two large kitchens, two large living rooms & more.  This property does not offer a breakfast option.
RIVER VIEW APARTMENT

The River View Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the Big River Theatre building at 121A South Main Street.   Fabulous Mississippi River views from all rooms & the private patio.  1400 square feet of living space.


2020 STANDARD Rate:  $205 nightly for 2 bedrooms, $235 with optional 3rd bedroom

2019-20 WINTER Rate:  $160 nightly, $150 nightly with 2 or more nights (December 15th through March 31st)

The Eagles Nest Loft is on the 3rd floor of the Big River Theatre building at 121A South Main Street.   Huge loft space.  Fabulous Mississippi River views from all rooms & the private patio.  1875 square feet of living space.

2019-20 WINTER Rate:  $160 nightly, $150 nightly with 2 or more nights (December 15th through March 31st)

Built into the hillside, the 2nd floor of the Big River Theatre building opens out onto a patio with Mississippi River views, old stone walls and a sweet garden. 

Guests at the Inn At Big River Theatre are able to enjoy the Patio & Garden. 

Bordered by the historic Ibach House from above on 2nd Street and the Pine Street stairsteps connecting Main & 2nd, with access to our private patio.
